Band Information Update

We will be updating/uploading our band Charms database with the new band students over the next few weeks, as students continue to be input into their class schedules. Returning students/parents to the program should already have access to their Charms account, and are recommended to update any information there. For the new band students, we will be pulling your information that you provided on your school registration/Zangle/Parent Connect. New band students will be able to access Charms once we have created all of the accounts for them--at that point, those students and parents will be able to update any information if it has changed since registration.

Parents who provided an e-mail address to their students school Zangle account, will be added to the band e-mail mailing list through Charms, and will begin receiving e-mails and updates as they become available. We recommend every family provide an e-mail on Charms, as that is how you will get speedy and up to date information, many times before it makes it way to this website.

Please note: Charms is what the band program uses to manage the band program. Updating your information through the band program, does not change anything you put on Zangle through the school registrar. You will need to contact the school registrar to update any information through the school.

Thank you to those who enrolled in the Vons eScrip program last year. This is a reminder that it is time re-enroll if you have not already done so. Log into eScrip.com and click the link that says “Existing members sign in for a personalized home page.” Sign in, click the renewal link and you’re done!

Save Mart S.H.A.R.E.S. CARD (They are FREE!)

Many of you jumped on this opportunity when they were first handed out at the beginning of the school year. We’ve actually been earning on purchases from supporters who have been using the cards. It’s as simple as going into one of the family partner of stores on the card, and swiping the card before your purchase is tendered. The band then earns 3% on each purchase.Between the amount of band families, faculty, and other supporters, there is no reason why we can’t have all of these cards out and being used. They’re free! All you have to do is pick one up from the band office. Every family shops for food throughout the month, so this is the perfect opportunity to help the band program.
